All Outback Body Products orders are handcrafted and packed with care from Collinsville, Queensland, Australia.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During busy periods, seasonal launches or market events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

We currently ship Australia-wide using tracked shipping services through Australia Post or selected courier services.

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and postal service delays.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for selected customers or events. Please contact us before placing your order if you would like to arrange pickup.

Delays & Lost Parcels

While we do our best to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly, Outback Body Products is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, weather events or circumstances outside of our control.

If your parcel appears lost or delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are unable to guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and products so we can assist you.
