The Outback Soap Club subscriptions can be skipped, paused or cancelled at any time through your customer account or by contacting us directly.

To avoid being charged for the next subscription cycle, cancellations or changes must be made before your next billing date.

As our products are handcrafted in small batches, subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be refunded.
